Q. MPP1s might have a mid-term exam on Friday morning (March21st). What should we do?

A. There are some airplanes which depart Boston on Friday Afternoon, and arrive at Kansai international airport by Sunday early morning. Then you can make it from the beginning. We will inform MPP1s of such tickets. If you cannot get such a ticket, MPP1 organizers will pick you up in the airport and let you join the rest of the group from Sunday afternoon

Q. Do I need to book air tickets by myself?

A. Yes, once you confirm your application is accepted, sooner the better. As time goes on, the price will go up. The organizers will only take care of the air tickets between Japan and Korea. Note that you need to depart Boston in Friday (March 21st) morning to arrive at Kansai International Airport by March 22nd (Sat) night.
And be careful for your exam schedule. Some midterm exams (like MPP1s' core) might fall on March 21st.
