Due to our mistake in the inventory management, we could not confirm
the stock of the item we were to supposed to ship.
We are terribly sorry about this. Please accept our apologies.


For our stock management, we would like to know the title, artist name and the NUMBER labeled on the top of outer sleeve
of the WRONG ITEM.
The number is combination of alphabet and number.

example: Ag2953 or  A4596 



Since we were not able to send the correct item, we would like to make a full
refund for the item and shipping cost through PAYPAL.
However, there is no need to send the wrong delivered item to us.

We would like to make sure that this kind of mistake does not happen in
the future.

If there is anything that is not clear to you, please do not hesitate to contact us before putting your feedback.
